                                   What is True Freedom?

What is Freedom? Some say that freedom is when the earth is cleansed of all evil. Others say, when the devil is finally cast into the bottomless pit. Others say it is when Jesus returns. Others say freedom is when America returns to her original constitution. Or when our families are secure from enemies, foreign or domestic.
 
All these points of freedom are a form of freedom and can give us a sense of outer freedom, but is this enough? Are we really free on the inside? The bible tells us that, this kind of freedom never sets our hearts free from worries about the future; regrets of the past; nor give us satisfactory and lasting peace.
 
If you are a Christian, you already know where I am headed. The answer can only come from knowing the Prince of Peace Himself. All creation was created to inwardly contain  and express The Lord as our very life. It’s simple, being free is being One with the only truly Free Person in the universe, that is, our The Lord Jesus Christ, Himself. So then Freedom is really a Person, and is not having outer things, outer security, or being finanually independent. Freedom is containing and knowing Christ and actually being an expression of His unconditional LOVE.
